Meet The Founder
I'm Dave Lindsay, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and founder of Mind and Health Psychiatry. My role is to provide empathetic listening, understanding, and a safe space for patients to navigate complex emotions. I aim to instill hope and assist patients in reconnecting with themselves through psychotherapy techniques and medication management. Collaborating with patients on the treatment plan is crucial for positive outcomes, fostering mental and physical wellness. My specialties include psychiatry, psychotherapy, addiction medications, mental health weight management, men’s healthcare and ketamine treatments.
